FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: acoustically comfortable room contains a frame of a shop, load-bearing walls with the floor and ceiling as a barrier, which are lined with sound-absorbing constructions, window and door openings, as well as custom-made absorbers containing frame, which houses the sound-absorbing material, and installed over the noisy equipment that in turn is protected by an acoustic enclosure. A single-piece sound-absorbing device is manufactured at least in a shape of three-sided pyramidal structure consisting of inclined facets, which are connected to form the top by the fasteners As the base of a three-sided pyramid the frame of the room is used, to which perforated sloping facets are attached via vibration cushioning elements by means of the fasteners and elastic ties. Elastic ties are located inside the frame in a plane perpendicular to the frame of the room. One end of the ties is attached to the hooks fixed to the frame of the room, and another one - to the mounting hardware, tightening the sloping facets, on the inner side of which the absorbent non-combustible material, wrapped in an acoustically transparent material, is attached. Inside the cage between the layers of the sound absorbing material there is an air cavity.
EFFECT: invention improves the efficiency of noise suppression.
