FIELD: mechanic, hydraulic systems.
SUBSTANCE: the amplifier is made for controlling hydraulic actuators of process equipment. The amplifier contains working fluid source 1, actuating mechanism 2, magnetostrictive converting amplifier 3, first and second tubular actuating elements 4, 5, differential control windings 6, 7, control unit 8, shell 9, first and second lines for working fluid feeding 10, 11, first and second permanent throttles 12, 13. By generating antiphase current control signals and feeding them to the differential actuators made of a magnetostrictive material, the radial gaps are changed, which results in changes of the pressure in the working chambers of the primary converter amplifier, thus providing control by the actuator according to the required law, in the required movement range. The technical result is the increase in accuracy and reliability of conversion, and expansion of the scope of technical application.
EFFECT: expansion of scope of technical application of electrohydraulic amplifier, increased accuracy and reliability during operation.
