This unit is two-way connected with every system unit mentioned above, with synchronization control unit with inputs connected to inputs of central and local databases change units, as well as to channel access delimiter, unit of central and remote SQL sever databases synchronization, unit of information input-output within database exchange in file server local database. The result is achieved due to separation of channels and interaction of central and local database from remote users.

EFFECT: effective and reliable information interchange within automated control of budgetary process.
