SUBSTANCE: system includes input, registration, statement, data processing and collection units from remote users, input, registration, data storage and central database information units. System is provided with additional input, registration and metainformation storage units, as well as with unit of metainformation base and database interaction, two-way connected to each of units mentioned above, as well as with optimizer of ad-hoc-queries. Optimizer input is connected to unit of metainformation base and database interaction, by data filtering unit, ad-hoc-queries data unit, ad-hoc-queries roll-out unit, input form parametric call units connected in specified way. Result is achieved due to separation of communication channels and interaction of central and local databases of remote users.
EFFECT: effective and reliable information interchange within automated control of budgetary process.
