FIELD: medicine; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: using laser Doppler allows registering the averaged blood flow of spinal root in the form of the microcirculation indicator arithmetic mean in the brain of highest root compression of the intervertebral hernia before and after discectomia. Providing the growth of the microcirculation indicators of no more than 20% from its original, incomplete mild postoperative radicular pain syndrome is predicted.
EFFECT: method allows to start medicated aimed at arresting pain syndrome.
