FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology. Method includes carrying out laser Doppler flowmetry by method of probing radiation in medial supramalleolar area of patient's lower extremities, determined by distance 1-2 cm from upper edge of medial ankle in conditions of initial blood flow for 3-5 minutes. Then probing radiation in the same area is repeated in standing position in conditions of initial blood flow for 3-5 minutes. After that, radiculopathy of lumbosacral part of spine is diagnosed by form of obtained signal. Signal in form of curve with peaks of different amplitude, more than 2 sec wide, frequency more than 10 per 3 minutes, obtained with registration of measurements in standing position of patient testifies to presence of compression of spinal cord roots caused by intervertebral hernia in lumbar part of spine. Signal in form of curve with peaks of different amplitude, 0.5-1 sec wide, with frequency not more than 10 per 3 minutes, obtained with registration of measurements when patient is in lying position, testifies to presence of muscular spasm at the background of osteochondrosis of lumbosacral part of spine.

EFFECT: method increases accuracy and self-descriptiveness of diagnostics with reduction of time for its performance.
