FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting soft tissues, dissecting long dorsal muscles in interarch space region, excising yellow ligament and adjacent bone structures. 1/5 of cranial arch and medial surface of articulation process is in women of stenoplastic and pyknic somatic type at the yellow ligament resection stage. 1/3 of cranial arch and 2/3 of articulation process are resected in mesoplastic somatic type women. 1/3 of cranial arch and Ѕ of articulation process is resected in athletic somatic type women. 1/5 of articulation process is resected in euriplastic and indefinite somatic type women. Subathletic somatic type women are not subjected to additional bone structures resection.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
