FIELD: ventilation, wet dust collection technology.

SUBSTANCE: centrifugal dust collector consists of case, mud collector, connection pipes for inlet of the dust filled gas, connection pipes for outlet of cleaned gas and a spray-type device. The spray-type device consists of connection pipes for transport of liquid and compressed air, as well as two acoustic atomisers mounted on a vertical bar. Each of the atomisers has a case. Inside the case there is a generator of acoustic oscillations in the form of a nozzle and a resonator, made in the form of concentric circular apertures, located in a plane, perpendicular to the axis of the case. The resonator is equipped with a spherical cavity, located in the wall of the ring and linked to a calibrated aperture with a ring-shaped aperture, formed by the butt end surfaces of the case and the ring from the side of the conical surface. The ring is put with provision for fixed displacement along the axis of the case through a threaded connection.

EFFECT: increased effectiveness and reliability of the process of dust collection through increasing the degree of dispersion of the liquid using acoustic atomisers.
