FIELD: mechanics; filtration.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed to scrub gas of dust and may be used in pneumatic transport systems, pneumatic cleaning, aspiration. The vortex dust collector has a cylinder case, a dusted gas axial inlet with a swirler, an ejector nozzle, a fairing and a tapered deflector ring. The case upper part accommodates an axial branch pipe to force out a cleaned gas and a periphery secondary flow inlet with the swirler. The dusted gas axial inlet, and the periphery secondary flow inlet accommodate acoustic jets to feed spraying water. The jet has a case with a cup and central core arranged inside it and forming an acoustic oscillation generator, a tapered surface ring coupled to the case and a sprayer. The resonator is made as, at least one spherical space arranged in the central core body, the spherical space being connected via a gauged orifice with a circular slot formed by the cup face surfaces and those of the central core. The central core is arranged so that a fixed motion is allowed along the case axis by means of threaded joint fixed by lock nuts. The proposed invention allows the dust collection higher efficiency.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of dust collection.
