FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: dispersion agent is fed through connecting pipe 12 to collector 11 connected through holes 13 to cavity 14 in the form of truncated cone. Air passes from cavity 14 to annular gap 17 between rod 16 and hollow acoustic burner frame 10, where it meets resonator 18 in the form of spherical cavity connected to the gap 17 through gauged orifice 19. Acoustic vibrations of dispersion agent provide for finer dispersion of solution fed to distribution head 26 through hollow rod 16 and passing further as a fluid film bridging dispersion agent outlet from acoustic vibration generator formed by resonator 18. This film is split by air vibration into small drops, thus forming air-dispersed solution jet with basement angle defined by tilt angle of conic cap surface 22 of distribution head 26.
EFFECT: improved dust collection efficiency and reliability due to increased fluid nozzle dispersion grade.
