SUBSTANCE: method of collecting, cleaning, and tapping of filtrates and biogas on solid household and industrial wastes grounds involves construction of a multilayered anti-filtration screen with a drainage interbed, collection, cleaning and tapping of filtrates. On the surface of the lower water-resistant layer of the screen, there is a layer of wastes, on top of which the drainage interbed is laid, with absorbing wells and upper filtering layer of the screen with permeability, allowing for admittance of the average layer of filtrate with head of 2-2.5 m on which the wastes are laid. Collection and cleaning the filtrate is done in two storages formed in the region of the layers of the wastes, located higher and lower the upper layer of the screen. The filtrate and biogas accumulating in the lower layer of wastes are tapped through absorption wells into the drainage interbed. The absorption wells in the drainage interbed are equipped with compensators for angular and linear displacements.

EFFECT: lowering of pollution effects of the grounds for solid household and industrial wastes.
