FIELD: neutralization of solid domestic and industrial wastes, in particular, collection, cleaning and discharging of filtrate formed in proving ground layer.
SUBSTANCE: method involves constructing multilayer anti-filtering screen with drainage interlayer in proving ground base; collecting, cleaning and discharging filtrate; ensuring that screen upper layer be filtering and having predetermined permeability parameters allowing filtrate collected above screen filtering layer to be settled and subjected to anaerobic cleaning procedure; providing additional cleaning of filtrate in drainage interlayer; discharging filtrate through drains laid in drainage interlayer above lower water-resistance screen layer. Bentonite-based membranes are used for formation of screen upper layer. Additional cleaning of filtrate in drainage interlayer is carried out using anaerobic process or aerobic process including controlled supplying of air through drains.
EFFECT: reduced adverse effect upon environment due to decreased concentration of contaminants in sewage penetrated through upper screen filtering layer, and increased efficiency in discharging of penetrated sewage through screen drainage interlayer.
