FIELD: oil production.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises cylindrical housing which is provided with upper and lower lids and contains contact mass layer consisting of the oil, coalescence chamber with coalescing download, hydrocyclone, connecting pipes for waste water input and purified water, oil and sludge output. The device is separated with two horizontal baffles into three chambers, the upper chamber is filled with oil contact mass; two identical hydrocyclones are vertically positioned in the middle chamber and the sludge is accumulated in the lower suspension chamber. Every hydrocyclone consists of three parts, the lower one has the form of the cone tapered downward and having the entrance to the suspension chamber; the middle part has cylindrical form; the upper part has the form of broadening upward perforated cone having the entrance to the chamber filled with contact mass. The upper part is filled with coalescing granular material; the bailing device in the form of concentrical perforated rings is located in the bottom part of the middle chamber, perforated insoluble anode and gauze cathode of the electrical flotator are located upward.
EFFECT: filtration rate and purification efficiency are increased.
