FIELD: treatment of industrial and domestic sewage. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has housing with coalescence chamber filled with granulated olephilic material at varying buoyancy which is connected with settling chamber filled with granulated oleophilic material at positive buoyancy which is separated from fine cleaning chamber by means of grate. Lower portion of coalescence chamber is made in form of hydraulic cyclone with inlet branch pipe for introduction of emulsion; upper portion of housing is enclosed in jacket for accumulation of foamed surface-active agents.
