FIELD: inorganic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to tyre and rubber industry. Plasticizer is produced by thermal decomposition of all-rubber scrap at 250-700°C with heated fuel gases during 2-10 hours. Fuel gases are produced by hydrocarbon fuel firing. Then hydrocarbons resulted from destruction and removed with fuel gases are condensed. Then produced condensed liquid fraction is mixed with one resulted from destruction process. Produced liquid fraction is divided into light one with boiling temperature lower 350°C and heavy one with boiling temperature higher 350°C. Heavy fraction is used as rubber compound plasticizer. Technical result lies in improvement of technological properties of rubber compounds and physical-mechanical properties of vulcanizers made of them: increase of vulcanizers engineering stress at 300% of elongation, ultimate engineering stress and increase of ultimate percent elongation. Rubber compound with said plasticizer has lower Mooney viscosity that simplifies its processing on equipment.
EFFECT: improvement of technological properties of rubber compounds and physical-mechanical properties of vulcanizers.
