FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to process water treatment technique for removal of suspended solid particles and can be applied for enrichment of natural resources and treatment of process water under subsurface and surface conditions of mines. The installation is composed of a framework of trapezoidal cross-section with flat plates. The framework is divided into several compartments separated by frames with cross-pieces. The upper edge of the first frame is inclined opposite to the direction of water flow; this frame is provided with steel strings. The second and other frames are fitted with pins at the upper and the middle cross-pieces. The upper edge of the plates encircles the pins and the lower edge of the plates passes freely into the recess in the lower or the middle cross-piece. The plates are made of zinc-plated sheet metal, the upper edge being bent by 180°, and the lower edge - by 30°. The upper surface of the plates is coated with linoleum.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of water treatment and increase of capacity of the water treatment installation.
