FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: essence of invention lies with explosive cutting mechanism body where shaped charge is located. The charge is made of plastisol explosive with triggering system inserted in foam plastic in the form of two channels with common receiving part. Channels are filled with explosives. Mechanical detonator on the basis of blasting explosive is used as engaging unit. There as a hollow between shaped charge and triggering system. Internal surface of explosive mechanism has conical part in the place of shaped charge. Diameter of conical part decreases to side of triggering system location. Thickness of plastisol explosive layer located between the top of coating and shaped charge end is determined from the ratio S=K1-H, where K1 - experimentally selected factor varying from 0.15 to 0.3; H - lining height.
