FIELD: ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of military science and defence equipment, namely to the ammunition charge. Invention can be used to increase power of action of various ammunition, as well as means of destruction mainly of high-explosive action. Charge comprises housing 7, inside which there is an axisymmetric unit of main charge 6 of an industrial explosive with a blind axial conical channel and internal charge 5 of a high-blast explosive in the channel, initiation system consisting of detonation initiation means 1, axial initiator 2 in the form of a piece of a cordless charge of an elastic explosive, or a detonating elongated charge in a metal shell, transfer charge 3 in the form of a disc from a thin layer of the explosive. Taper angle of the axial channel is 15-20°. Larger diameter of the cone, equal to (0.3-0.5)d, where d is the outer diameter of the main charge unit, faces the open end of housing 7.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of high-explosive and fragmentation action of ammunition.
