SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosive devices. Proposed device comprises casing and firing circuit elements including ignition-to-detonation converter with through channel filled with high-explosive charge. Aforesaid converter represents a separate assembly unit with its casing furnished with igniter seat and at least one through hole communicated with converter through channel. Converter casing through hole surface features, at least partially, irregularities, the hole being filled, at least partially, with solder that has soldering point lower that converter explosive ignition temperature.
