SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used in devices for converting a continuous signal into a frequency with high requirements for accuracy of conversion. The proposed integrated pulse-frequency converter consists of integrator, relay element with hysteresis, D-flip-flop, controlled current stabiliser, first and second AND elements and generator. The output of the integrator is connected to the input of the relay element with hysteresis, whose output is connected to the D-input of the D-flip-flop, the C-input of which is connected to the output of the generator and the first and second inputs of the first and second AND elements, the outputs of which are connected respectively to the output bus of the negative and positive signal, and the second input of the second AND element is connected to the output of the D-flip-flop and the input of the controlled current stabiliser. Besides that, in the converter there is an extra resistor and a capacitor, the first contact of which is connected to the common point of signals, and the second contact is connected to the output of the controlled current stabiliser and the first contact of the resistor, the second contact of which is connected to the input of the integrator feedback. The inverting output of the D-flip-flop is connected to the input of the first AND element.

EFFECT: increased accuracy.
