FIELD: measurement technology, systems built on base of precision frequency-pulse meters. SUBSTANCE: technical result lies in increased measurement accuracy thanks to formation of counterbalancing signal precise in amplitude and in duration multiple of period of quartz oscillator, in suppression of interference signal without distortion of legitimate signal which also leads to increased measurement accuracy of parameter. Precision frequency-pulse meter incorporates relay element with hysteresis, D flip-flop, bridge circuit, current stabilizer, quartz oscillator, first and second integrators, comparator. Parameter is measured by way of formation of counterbalancing signal compensating for deviation of sensitive element and by conversion of this signal to precision frequency-pulse sequence with simultaneous filtration of legitimate signal.
