FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: when carrying out phase geodesic measurements using global satellite radio navigation systems, which include receiving of the radio signal using a satellite receiver, the antenna on a detachable beam is rotated about a vertical axis, passing through the measured point in a horizontal plane with radius of rotation in the range 0.5 λ, where λ is the wavelength of the received carrier wave. On the given measured point, the initial position of the antenna is found, which provides for receiving the greatest number of satellites observed at the same time. The antenna is displaced with a given angular step and for each fixed angular position of the antenna, and for a time not less than one minute, geodesic measurements are taken. Coordinates of the measured point are obtained by averaging the results of the coordinate values for each of the fixed positions of the antenna on the given measured point.

EFFECT: reduced effect on the results of phase measurements of the multi-path phenomenon of the received signal under conditions of high level of interfering signals.
