FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention deals with a method of drip irrigation of agricultural crops with the help of flexible irrigation pipelines. The irrigation pipeline with drip emitters contains a closure installed inside the pipeline cavity and opening inside the pipeline. There is a ring insert on the inside of the pipe. The closure is executed in the shape of a tongue with a head at the end and is attached to the ring insert. The lower part of the head has a hemispheric shape. The ring insert and the head are joined via a flexible holder in the form of a circular arc with its bulging side oriented towards the pipeline axis. The ring insert is fixedly positioned relative to the water discharge opening with due respect for the flexible holder length. The water discharge opening and the hemispheric head are arranged uniaxially.
