SELF-REGULATING WATER-OUTLET FOR FLEXIBLE IRRIGATION PIPELINE Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A01G25/02 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: self-regulating water outlet for a flexible irrigation pipeline includes a closing element attached to the wall of the pipeline by means of the perforated diaphragm. On a wall of the pipeline on the butt-joined seam there is a flow regulator, which includes a case with the water outlet opening. In the case is fixed a springy-elastic perforated diaphragm, fixed by two ends to the walls of the case and located by two other ends with minimal clearance from the walls of the cases. At the centre of the diaphragm there is a corrugated protrusion to which is fixed a conical valve-regulator, which has height, providing the possibility of flow variation from the minimum up to the maximum value. The area of the perforated holes in the diaphragm is meant for the passage of the maximum flow through the water-outlet.

EFFECT: simplification of the design and guarantee of the set discharge throughout the entire length of the irrigation pipeline.
