DRAINAGE OUTLET OF DRIP LINE Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A01G25/02 

FIELD: agriculture; transportation.

SUBSTANCE: drainage outlet includes closure which is placed on pipeline wall in butt weld. Chamber in the form of triangular prism with top rounding off is executed in the butt weld. Elastic valve with rounded off face and flat lateral edges and water throughput aperture is placed in the chamber. Diameter of drain opening at not intense condition of the valve corresponds to the set throughput of drainage outlet at minimum pressure in the pipeline. Thickness of the valve is twice more than diameter of discharge opening. Backlash between lateral edges of the valve and chamber walls makes 0.01÷0.05 mm. An angle at prism top is within limits of 60÷70°.

EFFECT: possibility of provision of set water discharge on all length of irrigation pipeline.
