SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the cardiology. The ratio of the vegetal hemodynamic equilibration (RVHE) is calculated by the following formula: RVHE = LF: CMCM , where LF is a rate within the range of low frequency which reflects the level of sympatic activity of VNS, CMCH is a coefficient of myocardial central hemodynamic. Medicinal treatment criterion (MTC) is calculated by the following formula: MTC = RVHE * QTd/ IMMLG where RVHE is a vegetal hemodynamic equilibration ratio, QTd is a dispersion of QT interval, and MILVM is a mass index of left ventricular myocardium. Providing the MTC index in the range from 11.58 ± 0.17 till 15.59±0.21, the medical treatment is considered to be justified. In this context the treatment is considered effective the value of medical treatment is in the range of specified interval in the period of three months. The invention expands the arsenal of means to determine the effectiveness of medical therapy for patients with painless myocardial ischemia.
