SUBSTANCE: in ICD-patients one should detect the stroke volume, the stroke index, the value of specific peripheral vascular resistance, calculate myocardial weight index and coefficient of vasomyocardial ratios. Moreover, one should calculate integral index of myocardial ratios (IIMCR). IIMCR value depicts the ratio of myocardial remodeling processes and post-loading state. The innovation provides the chance to evaluate adaptation disorders more objectively in the form of the increase of hemodynamic loading upon patient's myocardium at different forms of ischemic cardiac disease.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
