SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to the surgery and it can be used for treatment of patients with the gastroduodenostomia peptic ulcers after Bilroth's gastric resection. The medium laparotomy should be performed. The distal part 1/4 of stomach cults (duodenum primary department) should be mobilised. Then stomach cult resection is performed along with the gastroduodenostomia and peptic ulcers. The integration of the gastrointestinal tract is restored by the consistent overlaid of gasfroenterostomy on at least 70 cm switched off inflammatory bowel loops, duodenal inosculation and enteroanastomosis. While performing the operation on the proposed method the duodenal cult deficiency is not occurred at the expense of its reliable sealing inflammatory bowel and the removal of high intraluminal pressure.
EFFECT: increasing the operation efficiency of the patients with gastroduodenostomia peptic ulcers.
