FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing a part of stomach. Anastomosis is created between stomach stump and initial segment of the jejunum. Adducting part of the jejunum is attached to the superior part of the lesser curvature 3-43 cm before the inferior edge. Jejunum loop bend is made as 20-25 cm long knee. The anastomosis is created by suturing the adjacent segment of the jejunum to the lower part of the lesser curvature and to the stomach stump edge. Interintestinal side-to-side anastomosis is created between the adducting intestine bent knee and abducting intestine. The adducting loops of intestine knee and the abducting intestine are joined. EFFECT: avoided traumatic complications in carrying out stomach resection. 2 dwg
