FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out histological examination concurrently with identifying infectious agents transferred by sexual way for proving the diagnosis. Antibacterial therapy is applied with the view on the infectious agent detected in combination with nonspecific immunostimulating therapy independently on patient age. The process is carried out under regularly controlled endometrium condition and degree of recovery from infectious agent action transferred in sexual way. Hormone therapy course is started when detecting negative results of the infectious agent control. It is administered after having antibacterial therapy course over when full renewal of prismatic epithelium takes part. The antibacterial and nonspecific therapy is administered to the patient together with the sexual partner. To detect infectious agent action transferred in sexual way and to control the degree of recovery from them, clinical laboratory examination is undertaken comprising at least two diagnosis methods. EFFECT: accelerated treatment course; prevented disease recurrence. 3 cl
