FIELD: construction engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processes of moulding ceramic ware from water slips. The device for moulding the ceramic ware from water slips comprises a water absorbing matrix, a core with a through vertical central bore, members for their coaxial mounting and replenishment, a tubular dismountable gate with a plug. A bush with the said tubular dismountable gate fitted thereon is arranged in through channel of the core front part. Note that the plug gets fitted to the bush and the gate with a location fit. The plug is made with a through hole formed by two truncated reversed cones. The height of the cone coming out onto the core surface makes 1 to 3 mm.
EFFECT: simple fabrication and ease of operation of the device, particularly in moulding ceramic ware with a large spherical surface at the vertex and higher quality of products.
