The axle-boxes of the wheel pairs of the vehicle are joined to the lower ends of the levers using leads or rods, or are joined to their middle parts or the lower ends of the second double-armed levers (36), mounted on the frames of the vehicles and joined to the lower ends of the first levers. The frames of the vehicle are interconnected using rods (46). In that case some transverse beams of the vehicle and two outer most rods are joined to arms (48), which are equipped with a frame of the vehicle in the middle vertical plane, and the traction electric motors are put on the frames of the vehicles, or the rods joining the vehicles are equipped with devices for limiting drift of carriage bodies.

EFFECT: smaller dimensions of the carrier vehicle, unsprung mass, dynamic loads; provision for passing small circular radiuses.
