SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the technology of silicates and relates to compounds of leaded glass, which can be used for making components of optical devices and light scatterers. The glass consists of the following components with the given percentage mass ratios: SiO2 32.0-34.0; PbO 48.0-52.0; CaO 10.0-14.0; Al2O3 1.0-2.0; Sb2O3 1.0-1.5; ZnO 1.5-3.0.
EFFECT: increased refraction index of the glass.
