FIELD: electrochemical protection of metal objects against corrosion. SUBSTANCE: anode grounding electrode has in agreement with invention electrode of difficult to dissolve material and contact unit with embedded tube in which connecting wire is caulked. Outer surface of electrode in zone of contact unit and zone of contact unit are potted in compound. Contact unit is supplemented with insert that houses shutters with wire passing through one of them and embedded tube entering another, and bushing through which connecting wire comes out of contact unit. Electrolyte is cast in the form of large cylinder with embedded tube of contact unit, truncated cone and small cylinder with hemisphere on its end joined in sequence one after another. Inner surface of large cylinder in zone of contact unit has circular depressions towards embedded tube. Current-conducting mastic is put into embedded tube. Connecting wire from electrode is connected via terminal of coupling to main line cable and coupling is potted with sealing compound.
