FIELD: mechanic engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves and designed to control operating medium flow rate in pipelines, mainly in air ducts with high content of dust and dry bulky materials. Valve contains body with sealed inlet flange, adjusting ring between inlet flange and body, outlet flange with seat, sealing between body and outlet flange and cylindrical bushing with circular collar. Locking element is situated between body and bushing to enable its longitudinal displacement along valve axis for leak proof contact with conical surface of the seat. Locking element is in the shape of double-diameter cylinder. Symmetrical holes are available in smaller diameter part closer to cylinder end to hold control elements. Larger diameter part is provided with slotted projections. Smaller diameter part of cylinder contacts with encircled sealing of the body by its external cylindrical surface. Larger diameter part of the cylinder contacts with bushing circular collar sealing by its internal cylindrical surface. Outer cylinder diameter contacting with encircled body sealing stands in 0.9-1.1 relation to inner diameter contacting with bushing circular collar sealing. Seat is ensured with through grooves. Grooves are situated on the external side of conical seat surface. The latter is mated with cylindrical seat surface through circular groove. The latter in its turn is linked to a surface being in a shape of radial segment changing to cone with top radius. There is a clearance between end surface of bushing and corresponding seat surface. Clearance area is not less than hole area in inlet flange. Symmetrical through grooves are made in valve body to accommodate control members of locking element closed by chokes. Brackets for locking element control mechanism are installed on valve body. It consists of pin body mounted on brackets, power levers rotating on this pin and levers with pins connected with locking element.
