FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: valve consists of case with inlet and outlet branches, internal fairing with crosspieces and at least one pin. Also there is an insertion with a seat and a cylinder bush. A shut-off element in form of a stepped cylinder is installed between the case and the bush. In its smaller step there are made symmetrical apertures for control elements. At least one circular flange with slots is made on its bigger external step. The smaller step of the shut-off element is located in the first enveloping circular packing unit of the case. The enveloped circular packing unit is arranged inside the bigger step of the shut-off element. The smaller step of the shut-off element contacts a drive located on a bracket of external surface of the case. The bush inside the shut-off element is made in form of a tube with a bell part on external surface made as a flange with a packing unit arranged thereon. The bigger step of the shut-off element with its internal cylinder surface contacts the insertion secured on the pin of the fairing. The seat is made as a truncated cone. At least two conic flanges are located on end surfaces of the insertion from the side of the shut-off element, and a spherical segment is placed on the opposite side. Conic flanges and the bigger step of the shut-off element create a drain port. Section area of this port is equal to area of the inlet aperture. The spherical segment contacts internal conic surface of the ring. With its end surface the ring rests on the fairing with the packing unit. External diametre of the shut-off element contacting the enveloped packing unit of the case relates to internal diametre of the shut-off element contacting the enveloping packing unit as ratio 0.9-1.1.
EFFECT: increased reliability of valve operation.
