SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves, in particular, to valves controlled by working medium by hydropneumatic distributors remotely, and is intended for control of flow of working medium in pipeline mains. Main advantage of the valve consists in availability of a constantly loaded locking element either with working pressure or, in the absence of working pressure, with a spring. Shutoff element is controlled by working medium pressure by control mechanism and cylindrical piston-rod, pressure of working medium is supplied by command via external hydraulic and pneumatic valve, which can be controlled remotely and in manual mode. To control the valve there is no need for powerful drives, the valve at any pressure and flow rate of working medium and flow diameters can be controlled in manual mode.

EFFECT: higher tightness of the gate, controlled by working pressure at constant mode of operation and in emergency situations in manual mode.
