FIELD: mechanic engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of disperse materials drying in fluidised bed and can be used in dye-making and dye-using industries as well as in food, pharmaceutical, microbiological, chemical and other industries. Pseudoliquid layer dryer with passive nozzle containes drying chamber with injector, gas-distributing lattice in the shape of net packs combined of springs. Springs are situated in one plane and connected with vibrating plates of vibration mechanism. Vibrating plates are installed in drying chamber so that to enable rotating with reference to axis. They are provided with passive nozzles which are notable for additional plates rigidly fixed to vibrating plates and installed in staggered rows. Additional plates are of different length and installed at angle varying from 80...40°. Free peaks of plates situating on the right vibrating plate are directed upwards whereas those plates situating on the left vibrating plates are directed downwards. Trapping system is located in the upper part of the body and includes acoustic system where acoustic sintering of small particles takes place; cyclone and sleeve filter with spout. Injectors are acoustic and include resonator in the shape of toroidal void or at least one spherical void located in the end wall of the body. End wall is directed to distributing head and spherical void is connected with clearance by means of calibrated hole. Clearance is located between vertical hole in the end wall of the body and distributing head rod. At the point of clearance section perpendicular to rod axis its cross-section is annular and distributing head is in the shape of the body with lid represented by flattened cones joint by large foundations. There is a collector in the shape of cylindrical void with annular channel resulting from a combination of external cylindrical surface of hollow rod and coaxial holes with similar diameters made in lid and body of distributing head respectively. Distributing head body is provided with at least, three circular channels for solution discharge being perpendicular to rod axis. Edge of hole is located on conical surface of distributing head lid and pitch angle of lid determines rooted angle of sprayed solution jet.

EFFECT: improvement of drying efficiency.
