SUBSTANCE: boiling bed spray dryer with inertial nozzle contains a housing with a gas distributing lattice, vibrating plates, nozzle, vibration mechanism in the form of plates, installed in the dryer housing, so that it can rotate against the axes. The additional plates of different lengths are rigidly fixed at the vibrating plates in the staggered pattern and positioned at the angle varying within, for example, 80…40°. The free tops of additional plates at the right vibrating plate are directed upwards, whereas those tops located near the left vibration plate are directed downwards. There is the capture system at the bottom of the housing, including the acoustic unit, the cyclone and a baghouse with hopper. The nozzle is made acoustic and has resonator, designed in the form of at least one spherical cavity, located in the end wall of the housing, facing the distributor head. The form of the inertial nozzle, placed in the drying chamber housing, is designed as a cylindrical ring, on the side, inner and outer surfaces of which there is screw thread, made in the opposite directions, or in the form of a ball, on the surface of which there are non-through holes of hemispherical shape, or in the form of a ring, on the outer surface of which the helical surface is made in the form of a plate screw, or at least in the form of the three-bladed propeller.
