FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: distributing dryer of boiling bed with passive nozzle consists of body with gas-distributing lattice, vibration plates, injector, and vibration mechanism in the form of plates installed in dryer body so that they can rotate with regard to axis. Additional plates of different length are rigidly fixed in vibration plates in a staggered rows at angles varying within the range, for example 80...40°. Besides, free tops of additional plates near right vibration plate are directed upwards, whereas those tops located near left vibration plate are directed downwards. Besides, recovery system is situated in body bottom. Recovery system includes acoustic plant, cyclone and sleeve filter with silo. Injector is represented with acoustic injector and includes resonator represented with, at least, one spherical hollow located in the end body wall and directed to distributing head. Besides, spherical hollow is connected with gap between vertical opening in end wall and distributing head rod by means of calibrated opening. In addition, gap has annular section in point perpendicular to rod axis. Distributing head is in the shape of housing with cover represented with truncated cones interconnected by large basis. Besides, manifold in the form of cylindrical hollow is located inside the housing. Manifold is connected with annular channel formed by external cylindrical surface of hollow rod and coaxial openings of similar diameter provided in distributing head cover and housing. Distributing head is provided with, at least, three channels for solution discharge, which are evenly distributed around and perpendicular to rod axis. In addition, opening shearing is on the tapered surface of distributing head cover and inclination angle defines rooted angle of sprayed solution jet.

EFFECT: improvement of drying efficiency.
