FIELD: measurement instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: microscopic gas meter comprises the housing in which the controlled capacity heat exchanger and gas-distributing chamber are positioned. Two measuring and two thermocompensatory channels containing thermally sensitive resistor (thermistors) with indirect heating are hermetically connected to gas-distributing chamber. In one of the thermocompensatory channels the thermistor controls the electronic circuit of heat carrier thermal stabilization according to temperature settings. For supporting of stable temperature drop the instrumentation thermistors control the electronic circuit of its thermal stabilization according to temperature settings. For the control of the electronic circuit of heat carrier thermal stabilization the thermistor of the second thermocompensatory channel is connected with its ohmic resistance meter. The result is achieved due to maximal heat convection process intensification by means of temperature drop stabilization according to temperature settings.
EFFECT: accuracy and sensitivity increasing.
