FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment, specifically heat flow meters for measuring gas flow rate in range 0÷20 mg/s. Flow meter includes: a cylindrical chamber 1; feeding channel 2 in gas chamber and flow channel 2′ for its withdrawal; a diaphragm with an opening 3 for passage of gas, inserted in channel(s) from beginning of channel; electrically heated nichrome wire spiral 4 (0.2 mm wire diameter); six channels 5 for optical windows, optical fibres 6, are pasted in channels high-temperature glue K-500; six identical optical radiation transducers.
EFFECT: technical result is increasing intensity of convective heat transfer heat-sensitive element of process and, as a consequence, increasing sensitivity of meter as a result of reducing upper limit of available flow measurement range; increasing output with a view to ensuring jamming protection; reduction in weight and size of structure.
