SUBSTANCE: frequency meter for industrial electric networks consists of input terminal, comparator, first - seventh univibrators, generator of rectangular pulses, first and second counters, first - fourth registers, indicator, timer, decoder, group of k-registers, first and second adders, first and second divider units, multiplier unit, correction unit, unit of setting period number, number comparator, source of reference voltage and low pass filter, which are connected between each other into single electric circuit.
EFFECT: simplifies the device circuit, increases its fast-action and precision.
