FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: there applied is measuring method of average frequency of clock generator per the specified averaging interval, there determined is correction factor of ratio of measured frequency of clock generator of microcontroller to its nominal frequency, value of frequency or duration of controlled external signal, which is measured with microcontroller; then it is multiplied or divided by correction factor and the obtained result is displayed on microcontroller indicator. The feature of proposed versions of device for method's implementation is introduction of additional elements: reference voltage source, low pass filter, summator, timer, on-off switch, D-trigger, AND and NOT elements, multiplier unit, divider unit, the first, the second and the third multiplicand units.
EFFECT: improving accuracy and easy error correction of frequency of clock generator of microcontroller.
