SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a portal site maintenance system and, specifically, to a system distributing data for the display of the portal site requested by the user, at the screen. The technical effect is the development of a system capable of visually displaying the portal site requested directly by the user during the connection with the Internet, without requiring the user to operate a portable terminal, and making it possible to enhance the user convenience when they use the Internet through a portable terminal. For that purpose, the invention contains a device for reception of the portal description information, intended for the reception of the portal description information, setting the portal site contents, from the user, through the data input device; and an address data storage device intended for reading the address data accessible for the portal site set according to the portal description information, from the address data storage device, in which the address data are saved previously through the data reading/writing device, in order to save them in the portable terminal storage medium.
EFFECT: development of system displaying sites during connection with Internet without requiring user to operate portable terminal.
