FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: electrocardiographic monitoring is performed. At that patient is examined during 3-4 hours for ischemic variations against two maximal physical activities as walking up the stairs. The first activity is carried out against antianginal and anti-ischemic agent withdrawal. After that patient takes up prescribed medicines and 2-3 hours later the second activity is carried out. While physical activities are carried out duration of segment ST ischemic shift in minutes, depth of segment ST ischemic shift in mcv , total integral of segment ST shift in mcv/min, physical activity tolerance in Wt, max heart rate are detected and ischemic heart disease is diagnosed. Functional class of cardiac angina is detected by comparison of specified characteristics of the first and second physical activities.

EFFECT: reduced diagnostics time; more accurate diagnostics of IHD functional class for patients prescribed with Medical Social Expert Committee.
