SUBSTANCE: drainage tubes are mounted in right subphrenic space, right subhepatic space, left subphrenic space, left and right lateral cannels and small pelvis. Lavage of abdominal cavity and pelvic cavity is performed with antiseptic solutions during 10-15 minutes. Abdominal cavity is filled with perfusion solution containing oxaliplatine or cis-diaminedichlor platinum and 5-fluorouracil as chemical agent. Perfusion solution is introduced at temperature 44-46°C through drainage to upper part of abdominal cavity, and evacuated at temperature not lower than 42.5°C through drainage mounted in pelvic cavity and iliac area.

EFFECT: enables to perform complex effect on tumour cells; to reduce risk of further dissemination of tumour cells.
