FIELD: medicine; pharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical product, including (a) medical device containing component of undesirable gradual release of formaldehyde as gaseous substance, and containing triamcinolone acetonyde as medicinal agent reacting with gaseous substance to compose addition compound, (b) adsorbing or absorbing material capable to adsorb or absorb specified gaseous substance in amount sufficient enough to reduce or prevent specified addition compound composition, and (c) hermetically sealed container of effective capacity within which device and adsorbing or absorbing material are placed. Stated pharmaceutical product is composed due to chemical reaction between medicinal agent and gaseous substance. Purpose of this invention is to design new package for medical device with reduced or prevented composition of triamcinolone acetonyde - formaldehyde addition compound. Assigned purposed is achieved owing that adsorbent introduction to impermeable container is easy and effective solving of specified addition compound composition in cases as medical devices with medicinal agent content are packed in impermeable containers. Examples of devices within stated invention are drug-filled syringes, drug-filled inhalation devices, e.g. powder inhalers.

EFFECT: prevents addition compound composition.
