SUBSTANCE: offered T-type calcium channel-blocking agent is optically active derivative of 1,4-dihydropyridine, its pharmaceutically accepted salt or its solvate 
where R1 and R2 together form -CR5R6-CR7R8-CR9R10-, where R5 - R10 is hydrogen atom or C1-6-alkyl group, X1 and X2 is O, Ar is phenyl group substituted with NO2 or Cl, Ra and Rb is C1-6-alkyl group, Y is -L3-NR18R19, where R18 and R19 is phenyl group, C1-6-alkyl group, where C1-6- alkyl group can by non-substituted or substituted with phenyl group, L3 means C2-6-alkylene group, 
and * mean absolute configuration R. Therapeutic or preventive agent for renal disorder, hyperaldosteronism or neurogenic pain is described.
EFFECT: compounds have selective calcium channel-blocking action.
