The composition of the copper based sintered friction material is as follows, mas. %: zinc 6.0-8.0; iron 0.1-0.2; lead 2.0-4.0; graphite 3.0-7.0; vermiculite 8.0-12.0; manganese 4.0-6.0; boron 0.5-1.0; corundum 0.5-1.0; molybdenum disulphide 0.1-0.2; copper - the rest.
EFFECT: sintered material has high wear resistance.
